is there any models down to ~500sccm/min (or lower)? <br>
The flow meter we bought has a sensitivity well below. Considering
we are expecting ~1-2 cc/sec (say 1-2 bubbles per second) we
should get about 60-100 sccm/min and with a low precision gauge
it's very possible we can not measure it.<br>

I recommend this flow rotameter, Aalborg part# PMR1-013465, $125,
0-2000 sccm/min N2 range, for the N2 purge circuit. This item can
be purchased online using a credit card.<br>
