<p>Bob Miller and Matt Marchlik (DAs) came over and looked at the
system for the <u>EEL</u> this morning, we also spoke with them
about the Saclay gas distribution system. Bob says they will talk
with Stephan Aune about the gas distribution system, I believe
this system will be used in the EEL and Hall B. I'll CC' the DAs,
so they can comment on the timeline.</p>
<p>As far as procurement of components for use in the hall, I will
speak with George and we can evaluate the schedule priorities and
try to make it as efficient as possible. As soon as funding
becomes available we can start ordering parts, though some
components may take longer than two weeks (for instance the
controls interface chassis is 3 to 4 week turn around just for
manufacturing), so to have everything by 6/15 we should start
procurement in May.</p>
