After this, rather than marking the<br>material as trash, the FT and HPS folks can simply drop<br>the garbage into the trash can and we'll have it hauled<br>away.<br><br>Raffaella mentioned yesterday that the electronic components<br>that are sitting on the work benches were expected to be<br>excessed. If the DSG folks can look at them and make sure<br>there is nothing there they might need in the future, I'll<br>submit an excess form to have the rest of them removed<br>with the extra tables and chairs.<br><br>Once everything is removed/disposed of - I'll submit a request<br>for janitorial to sweep and mop the area.<br><br>As I mentioned to Stepan yesterday, any material that is being<br>kept on the shelves for future use should be boxed and marked,<br>so that it doesn't begin to accumulate dust and so it can be<br>identified later.<br><br>Walt<br></div></div></body></html>
