[Dsg-hallbgas] LTCC sectors 3 and 5

Hi Morgan,

I went over to the hall but you were not there. It looks like sector 5 
has the input connected to the exhaust, so let me know when you want to 
start flowing gas. I'll wait to hear from you guys, as you should know 
the current configuration of S3 and 5.

George will address the pressure in the line and the 3 way valves.
