Hi Matt,

I'd like to make a change to the nitrogen system of forward tagger and I was told I need your okay since it's a pressure system.

I intend to move the rotameter, flow monitor, and bubbler from the equipment rack below the subway and add it to a gas panel already on the subway, beam right.  The routing to the tagger isn't changing, basically just moving the rotameter and flow monitor 30 feet downstream of that route.  The route to the bubbler is being shortened about 20 feet.
