[dsg-hallb_gas] [New Logentry] LTCC S6

S6 supply setpoint is changed to 0.7 iwc to prevent the controls from turning on until the channel can be troubleshot after the break. S6 pressure is currently measuring ~0.8 iwc. Will continue to monitor remotely.
