Hi Marc,

I see your 626-08-GH-P1-E4-S5, and raise you to 626-06-GH-P1-E4-S5.  🙂

The one listed below for the LTCC is for the supply pressure.  The ALERT will run at about 1050 mbar, or 0.7 psi, so a 0-5 psi PT will be more accurate.

Can you convert the psi to mbar in Epics?  If not, then change to a -67 which is 0-0.5 Bar.

I am waiting for the formal quote for the Alicat MFCs to put in the req. I am planning on ordering 3 +1 spare.

For the pressure transmitters, I think the ones we use on the LTCC should work:
