[dsg-hallb_gas] Fw: Purchase Requisition Submitted for Signatures

Hi Bob,

PR428219 has been submitted for the ALERT mass flow controllers.  The req has 4 (3 + 1 spare) units. They are rated for low differential pressure use, but the maximum pressure differential is 15 psi. So these should work for both the supply and return MFCs.
