Hi Marc,

I would prefer a 3/8 or ½ NPT size so it will match the MFC and the other components.

The fan that I tested is a little small, so I was planning on testing some others when we have the system put together. My thought was that if a fan does not work, then we could always use a 120 V diaphragm pump left over from the old DC system - we should have 6 of those pumps left.

Hi Bob,

For the SV, ASCO p/n U8256B045V<https://www.grainger.com/product/ASCO-Solenoid-Valve-1-8-in-Pipe-4ELC1> would be better for the controls. Its 24 VDC and low coil control power (6.9 W) means we can control it directly from the cRIO channel, instead of an intermediate relay controlling power to the coil. Let us know if this will work for the system.

Also, can you give more information on the exhaust fan. We need to look at a data sheet to see what is involved in controlling it.
