In your plan you want to use that as a way to control pressure in the buffer. One way we could do this is to use a cRIO channel to control a proportional valve instead of controlling the flow set point of an MFC. This would eliminate the differential pressure
requirement (at least 10 psi) of a standard MFC. If you need to read the flow we can look at an inline mass flow meter. But I believe you just want to maintain ~1050 mbar int the buffer.</div>
