This is the first I’m hearing of issues with the HTCC gas system.</div>

I suspect part of it might be due to the fact that SVT was removed so we had to put the MFCs into debug mode which prevents the program from stopping when comms are lost, but we also lose the ability to get alarms when that happens.</div>

I just logged in and the MFC set point is set to 0, but the program is communicating with it so it can be set to whatever flow you want (I put it to 5 then back to 0 without any issues).</div>

<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Dear Brian,</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> </span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">It is already more than a week I am trying to run some tests of the HTCC. The goal is to increase its signal strength by reducing contamination of the working
gas by oxygen. This work requires using Mass Flow Controller (MFC) and rotameter in parallel that are installed on the HTCC local gas panel. But up until now I was unable to finish test, as necessary. The problem is that the MFC is malfunctioning, i.e., by
itself goes OFF for no reason and stays OFF. Besides there is no ALARM signal generated. Our maintenance team is aware of that.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Therefore, I would like to have meeting with you in person to discuss problems and find solutions. Please let me know when you have additional time for meeting
to address problems briefly described above.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Thank you.</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Best,</span></p>
<p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 11pt;"> Youri </span></p>
