[Dsg-htcc] Gas Controls in the TEDF

Hi Youri and Will,

I stopped by the TEDF and everything seems to be fine. If there is an 
opportunity for me to work on the system today please let me know. If 
not, the system will be in this configuration until after the holidays. 
Will has the operating instructions.
