[Dsg-htcc] HTCC system question

Hi Yuri,

The DSG is proactively looking at possible issues during physics 
operations in Hall B. Currently, our gas controls system is set up for a 
CO2 purge for the HTCC (in Hall B).

In the case of a major outage which would out last our UPS system is 
there any major issues that would need mitigation consideration if the 
detector lost power/gas flow for an extended period of time?

What amount of moisture would be considered excessive?

Any information you can provide would help us with recovery planning.
