I forgot to mention, 
easydew monitor was stuck at 1022 for humidity count (may be it is fine, but it does not update while EPICS does).

Your long plot looks like +/- 0.03 IWC, we have seen that much variation before. Brian sent a plot during a storm in an email from 9/14 which shows that much variation.

we were monitoring differential pressure in the HTCC and found a lot of variations. 
Some of them are rather slow (X scale is in minutes):

but we also have a rapid variations as well (scale in seconds):
