[Dsg-htcc] HTCC maintenance

Dear Marc,
During last  maintenance there was a discussion on improving safety of the HTCC operations.Namely we want to implement some limit on gas flow rate. Could you modify the system so that the gas flow rate set point  will be limited by 20L/min?Please let me know if this is possible.
