I would rather agree with you because in this case we can have better control on RHin the detector. I also need to establish some control on the bubblers. We need also 
to find how safely reach the top of the HTCC at any time.Thanks,                Youri

 OK, then it may be useful to increase the flow rate up to 13.0 slm,
 or 1 volume exchange per day. This may be the flow rate we use
 during future high luminosity runs.

recommend that you increase this flow to a minimum value of 6.5
 slm.

The calculated flow rates for the HTCC are as follows;


 Purge Flow - 20 slm - 1.5 volume exchanges per day- the detector

volume will be purged in 3.4 days


 Running Flow - 6.5 slm - 0.5 volume exchanges per day 


 Reduced Flow - 3.25 slm - 0.25 volume exchanges per day
