[Dsg-htcc] HTSBs for Temperature

Mindy,

Yuri and Will want to add a way to read the temperature inside the HTCC.

So they'll need 2 HTSB boards, but with only the 2 RTDs populated.
They don't know the cable length yet, but all you need to do once it is known is solder the cable to the PCB.
The other end will be left as flying leads as they're going to attach it to a connector they're supplying.

We should have enough parts from the previous order, but let me know if they need to order more or if you have any questions.
