[Dsg-htcc] Power Outage

Hi Krister,

You may know better than I, but page 3 of the outage document says 
Outage IV: Sub stations T-6 to T-12. Hall B Utility Power will be 
offline on 5/23 at 5pm. The only thing I see listed in Hall B for 5/22 
is End Station Refrigeration.

Please verify so that we can be prepared.
