The HTCC mass flow controller lost network connectivity from 3:43am to 4:08am, when it returned the flow was set to 0 lpm. Before the outage the set point was 12 lpm.

Hall B mechanical has a back up split of the gas supply which is manually operated and controlled with a manual flow valve which is set to 10 lpm to safeguard against network/mass flow controller outages. Hall B mechanical has reset the mass flow controller set point to 5 lpm.

Total flow to the HTCC is currently 15 lpm. The detector owner should verify that the current setpoint is within the operating parameters of the detector and contact Hall B mechanical if an adjustment is needed.

After investigating the matter DSG has confirmed loss of network in multiple locations in Hall B at 3:43am, which was restored around 4:00am. The HTCC issue is related to the outage.

The attached plot shows the outage on process variable from three different cRIOs: SFL1 (HTCC signals), Forward Carriage (RICH N2 Flow), Forward Carriage (LTCC S1 Flow). This would indicate an outage across multiple subnets.
