[dsg-hallb_htcc] HTCC Move pre-job brief minutes

Hi Youri,

DSG conducted a pre-job brief with the HTCC detector manager and the Hall B work coordinator to discuss the detector instrumentation disconnection/re-connection during the upcoming move from the beam-line location to the Hall floor.
