[Dsg-ltcc] Fwd: LTCC gas system

Hi David,

All the flows were reduced to 0.5 LPM except for S2 & S6 (5 LPM & 3 LPM respectively). Those were set to ~1 LPM higher than when the flow as on 100% of the time, so figure the leak rate is somewhere between those numbers.

The leak on S1 is much improved if not completely fixed as I haven't seen the flow kick on recently.

S3 still has a leak as I see the flow (at 0.5 LPM) turn on periodically.

Thanks! ----- Original Message ----- From: David Anderson To: George Jacobs , Marc Mcmullen Cc: Douglas Tilles , Bob Miller Sent: Thu, 01 Dec 2016 08:58:43 -0500 (EST) Subject: LTCC gas system George and Marc, I have been asked to begin leak checking the entire LTCC gas circuit. The chambers had a thorough leak check and min 24 hour pressure drop test before they were hoisted and installed. Another complete leak check of the chambers is not going to be possible due to very limited access to the bottom windows. However we can pressurize the system and perform pressure drop tests to begin with. I have no knowledge of the gas panel progress or operation so I am requested your assistance with this. Has any leak checking of the gas circuit itself been performed? Thanks, David
