[Dsg-ltcc] LTCC THA and OSP

Hi all,

I'm attaching a draft of the THA and OSP for LTCC.
We can always change it later, but I would like to submit that today. There are a couple of entries gas-related that I'm not sure about. Any help on that and the documents in general is appreciated!
