[Dsg-ltcc] gas flow

Hi Mauri, 

I checked the system this morning and everything seems fine on the controls end. S3 and S6 still leak a lot, but S3 looks to be still bypassed, so the waste is not as much. 

I know George said he was going to adjust the oil level on S5, maybe he made some adjustments to 3 and 6 as well. But flow looks fine, the pressure is rising and falling with the cycling of the solenoids and leakdown. 

He should be in after lunch, I think, If there is an adjustment needed to the pressure set points, get with him this afternoon.

Is the gas flowing normally on the LTCC, esp. sector 3 and 6? I see the flow/pressure is lower than normal?
