[Dsg-ltcc] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: Omega DP-25 Pressure Setpoints

The bubbler for S5 was moved to level 3 and the oil level is set to bubble ~0.4 iwc.

After purging for around a day the setpoint on the Omega was changed to 0.25 iwc.
