[Dsg-ltcc] sec 5 leaks and

That is down from 51L / day in the summer. This is good news, the leak is now less than 1/3 of what it was before David patched it - please correct my numbers calculations if needed.

Before: 51 L / day of N2 correspond to 0.3 Kg / day of C4F10 - or $294 / week.

Current: 15 L / day of N2 correspond to 0.09 Kg / day of C4F10 - or $86 / week.

Price is based on latest quote by George on June 16 2017 ($140 / Kg).

If we could fix all sectors to the same leakage rate:

4 sectors leak rate = $346 / week, $7000 if we run 20 weeks.
