[Dsg-ltcc] Sector 5 Update

so, the leakage via the piping is zero. 
so, all leak measured after the flow through the detector is started will be due to the detector itself.

Hi Mauri, 

The sector 5 has not flown gas through the MFC since we changed out the 
solenoid on 9/18. Since there is no flow, the percentage of leaks 
attributed to piping reduces daily, it is currently 1.34%. The daily 
average since 9/8 is 0.61L/day.
