Hi Mauri,

We have a good data sample for the sector 5 piping. Our flow data 
indicates ~3% of the leak is due to the piping. Please proceed with 
reconnecting the sector and we will continue to monitor the flow.

Dave,

The 3 way valves have been replaced. When you are ready to connect the 
detector, valve off the supply and let me know the time. The lines will 
still be pressurized, but the flow will stop.

Once the sector is connected, open the valve and send me an email on the 
time the flow started.
