[Dsg-ltcc] LTCC S5 Scalers

Hi George,

The first indications are that indeed the LTCC is performing as expect, with increased efficiency for electrons, and expected efficiency for pions.
Now, to be more quantitative it is not that simple. Only last week we had a chance to be able to run calibration and gain matching of the detector, but we're not done yet.

I will definetely post updates when we have final results!
