[Dsg-ltcc] [New Logentry] C4F10 Scale

Calvin rigged the bottle of C4F10 to use as the span weight with a dyno (800 lbs) and we performed the zero and span calibration from the setup menu.

Marc then ran the serial line along the existing gas line path to the forward carriage cRIO.

For future reference the calibration values are as follows:
C0 = 19815
C1 = 526725

Since we didn't tare the scale with the empty bottle that weight (515 lbs) will be subtracted off in software on the cRIO.
