[Dsg-ltcc] Installed pressure protection bubbler for LTCC S5 at original location ( below detector )

Hi George,

The bubbler location looks adequate to protect the detector.  I will 
check the location in the Hall and we can discuss oil level. The 
detector will see 1.5 inches of water of head from the lowest point of 
the detector to its highest point.
