[Dsg-ltcc] [New Logentry] Sector 5 Pressure Set point

The pressure set point for S5 has been lowered from 1.42iwc to 1.22iwc in an effort to conserve the C4F10 during the cryo downtime. DSG has visually checked the window for sagging and determined that the detector pressure can be allowed to drop another 0.2iwc without contacting the mirrors. DSG will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments as needed.
