[Dsg-ltcc] Fwd: C4F10 delivery status update

Hi Volker,

There were ~42-45Kg of C4F10 transferred into S3 from the supply tank 
during the fill. During CLAS 6, 75Kg of C4F10 were required for a full 
sector.  A monitor plot done with cosmics should show the fill level of 
the sector.
