[Dsg-ltcc] Fwd: C4F10 delivery status update

For the purposes of clarification, the installation/gas status of the 
LTCC is as follows;

S1......Uninstalled

S2......Uninstalled

S3......Partially filled with ~42Kg of C4F10. The fill was started 8/22, 
the C4F10 supply tank was exhausted on 8/29.

S4......Replaced by the RICH detector

S5......Installed/Not filled

S6......Uninstalled
