[Dsg-ltcc] Fwd: C4F10 delivery status update

Hi Mauri,

There is no current gas flow status. We are not flowing any gas, because 
there is none left.  I'm guessing you may be wondering if S3 is leaking. 
By observing the detector over time we can tell that there is pressure. 
The pressure fluctuates due to changes in the atmospheric pressure. With 
that consideration, the lowest recorded point during this period is ~0.6 
iwc (9/16), while yesterday it was at one the highest points, ~2 iwc. So 
the all of the gas has not leaked out since the fill (almost a month).
