[Dsg-ltcc] [Revised Logentry] LTCC Exhaust MFC Offline

At 05:36:07 the MFC used on the exhaust manifold stopped responding. It could be either loss of power or networking, or the MFC itself is dead since I can no longer even ping it.

The cRIO performed it's normal error handling and stopped trying to communicate with the MFCs after 3 failed communication attempts (all other logic is still running). Currently the old shared variable used for the error count is still aliased to the EPICS PV which is why I had to use NI software to get the timestamp instead of MyaPlot.

Fortunately the sector pressure hasn't gotten high enough to need to return any gas: current setting to return gas is 2.5 iwc, the sector pressures are ~2.4 iwc right now.
