Found that the MFC still had power and network LEDs were blinking. Power cycled the MFC and it came back online just fine (could ping it from laptop).

After reinitializing the MFCs on the cRIO the exhaust MFC is back online as expected, but now S3 isn't responding to pings.

Eventually will need to make another access to check that MFC but the code won't try and fill the sector until the pressure is below 1.1 iwc so there is some time.
