Took the opportunity to make an access while the accelerator is down.
First the MFC for S3 was power cycled (verified we could ping all MFCs), then the MFCs were reinitialized. After a few loops S6 stopped responding (error in MFC.vi and no replies via ping).
Next S6 was power cycled (again verified all MFCs responded to pings), reinitialized the MFCs. Again after a few loops S5 stopped responding.
Lastly S5 was power cycled (same verification via ping on all MFCs), reinitalized MFCs.
After that all the MFCs stayed operational. This is the first time we've seen so many MFCs stop responding in such a short time period.
The minimum pressure setpoint was lowered from 1.0 to 0.9 so that the flow for S5 wouldn't be stopped (has since been put back to 1.0) and the low pressure setpoint on S3 was raised from 1.1 to 1.2 (then put back to 1.1) so that flow would start for that sector.
We verified that everything was still working after the access by checking in the gas shed.
