The nominal values for supplying c4f10 have been set. 

C4F10 Supply pressure = 15 psi
R3 and R5 low pressure = 1.75 iwc (deadband 0.25 iwc)
R3 and R5 hi pressure = 2.5 iwc (deadband 0.25 iwc)
All C4F10 MFC supply flow = 1 Lpm
C4F10 return flow = 6 Lpm
