All,

Please find the LTCC purifier drawing and controls description attached.

The peer review consisted of:

  *   reviewing the drawing
  *   discussing the procedures and modes of operation
  *   reviewing the failure analysis

Specific topics discussed

  *   use a 250 lpm MFC for the N2 return
  *   move the MFM to the inlet of the purifier
  *   provide the option to recirculate the gas through the purifier to cool the condensate tank
  *   locate a temperature probe TT2042 with 2 separate temperature sensors
     *   if this is not available, add a 2nd temperature probe on the N2 discharge piping
