[Dsg-ltcc] new EPICS screens added for LTCC gas supply and purifier

Hello Bob,

I've finished the LTCC gas supply and purifier EPICS screen that replicate the GUIs used on the cRIO.

Nathan has added them to the clascss main menu under LTCC as "LTCC Gas (New)" and "LTCC Gas Purifier".

There are a few items not included on the EPICS screens that are on the cRIO screens because there are not currently PVs for these indicators/controls. If any missing controls/indicators are needed, they will have to be added to the Gas System cRIO's IOC client.

If there are any changes or updates needed, let us know.
