[Dsg-ltcc] LTCC gas screens for EPICS

Hi Tyler,


Yes, these are the screens that we would like to see something similar 
in EPICS.  Keeping them the same as the cRIO screens will make the EPICS 
screens easy to use and allow us to add alarms where needed.
