[Dsg-ltcc] [New Logentry] Purifier Gas Type to N2

No, the purification step was done separately a few days ago. Right now Bob is both filling (with C4F10) and emptying (the N2) the sectors at the same time.

He just wants to make sure that any C4F10 returning is recovered.

Since most of the gas returning should be N2 the flow numbers were much lower than they should have been and were close to tripping interlocks as it normally expect the gas to be C4F10.
