Nope, not isopropyl alcohol (which is normally C3H8O).
C4F8O is called octafluorotetrahydrofuran by 3M on their MSDS, it's called heptafluorobutyroyl fluoride in a lot of places as well.
Also, C4F8O is a gas, whereas isopropyl alcohol is a liquid.
