[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Update of Solenoid Fast-Daq cRIO complete

Hello Renuka, 

The update to the Solenoid Fast-Daq cRIO is completed. 

The LabVIEW has also been updated to LabVIEW 2016. No changes to the code aside from recompiling in LabVIEW 2016 were done. 

I confirmed that the cRIO is passing data to EPICS using the Solenoid Fast-Daq Live screen. I also confirmed with Pablo that the Fast-Daq data is being passed to the PLC. 

If there turns out to be any issue that I missed, please let me know so it can be fixed before any Fast-Daq tests.

The updates will not affect the Torus cRIO. I will start the updates for the Solenoid Fast-Daq cRIO this afternoon. 

I will also make an entry into the Solenoid online logbook and update the entry as steps are completed.

As of now, we do not have any plans to do more test on solenoid fast-daq. This week should be a good time for you to do the updates. 
Please lets know when system will be down, when you finally reboot everything, and when everything is running up again. 

Probir is planning to carry some tests on Torus fast-dag cRIO, I hope your this update and rebooting solenoid cRIO will not affect torus cRIO.

The Solenoid Fast-Daq cRIO should be updated to the most recent software and firmware. 

During the update, the cRIO would need to be rebooted several times. When would be a time where the cRIO could be down for a few hours? It should not take that long, but it would be better to plan for the extended downtime. 

Please let me know when the update can be done.
