[Dsg-hallb_magnets] remote access to clas12magnetpc and clas12magplc-pc

Hello Nick, 

This morning, I was not able to remotely log on to the PCs clas12magnetpc and clas12magplc-pc using the group username "clas12magsupport". 

Has the log-in information changed for this account? Computer Center named you as the owner of these PCs. If you are not the owner of these PCs, who would be the contact for the log-in information? Thank you for your help in advance.
