[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Quick update to the Solenoid Fast-Daq cRIO

I have noted a small change that needs to be made in the Solenoid Fast-Daq cRIO. The change should take about an hour, if that. When would be a good time where the Solenoid Fast-Daq cRIO can be rebooted?
