I think VT18 and VT4 should have the bottom of the helium vessel (vacuum break) coincident

Mary Ann and I have been working on the simplified diagram of the Torus Voltage Taps (See attached), I'm not really sure about some locations of VT1, VT2, VT3 and VT4 that I set in this diagram. Please let me know any comments or correction; it would be very helpful for us.
