[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Torus Network Comms Maps

Dear Ruben, 

Today after discussed with Nick, we confirmed that the map for the Torus network communication map is correct. I marked with light blue lines when we consider that the "Comms Loos" should be critical to have a Fast Dump (See attached diagram). Anyways tomorrow we can arrange a meeting and have a further discussion about it.

Please do the following within the next two days. 

1. Confirm that the maps are correct 

2. Arrange a meeting with Cesar, Probir, George and myself to review which 'Comms Loss' we should fast-dump, which we should control ramp-down and which we should do nothing.
