[Dsg-hallb_magnets] Solenoid cRIO controllers

Hello, 



We've been discussing the issues of the IP address for the Solenoid cRIO controllers. 

DSG suggests procuring a NI 9030 controller for the Solenoid, so that the Solenoid controllers are identical to the Torus controllers (NI 9068 and 9030) 

The NI 9074 controller can be used as a spare, since we do not have any spares.
