[Dsg-hallb_magnets] TR817A2 at 325 K, LV cRIO restarted

Hello, 

I noted TR817A2 was at 325 K. I restartedTorus LV cRIO and Cerenox now reads ~4.75 K. 

Attached are screenshots showing the raw data from when the sensor first read 325 K and from shortly before the cRIO was restarted.
